We charge a flat monthly fee, so you know your costs upfront. You deal directly with your guests bookings.

  • Configure weekly or last-minute discounts.
  • Simple booking purchase process for guests.
  • Show check-in and check-out information.
  • Create unlimited bookings with different durations
    – by months, days and hours.
  • Create fixed booking units or give users the freedom to choose the duration of their stay.
  • Accept booking requests immediately or only after you have confirmed them.

Rates

  • Manage prices and availability globally and apply the settings to all bookable products in one move.
  • Edit costs dynamically
    – Allow different rates according to the date of the booking, the number of people, the number of days selected and/or the people types.
  • Choose whether to multiply the booking unit cost by number of people selected or not.
  • Apply different rates based on person type
    – eg: Adults, children, seniors are just a few categories that you could create.

Management

  • View a dedicated calendar by day or month to get an overview of all the bookings received.
  • Export bookings in CSV or ICS.
  • Easy management of booking availability by approving or rejecting bookings for specific days from your admin panel.
  • Create offline bookings directly in the backend and add all necessary data, including private or customer notes.
  • Restrict room availability to specified time frames or days of the week.
  • Set the minimum and maximum duration for your booking.
  • Provide access to additional staff in your organisation to manage bookings.

  • Add a map pointing to the location of the tour embarkation spot in the details page.
  • Create unlimited bookings with different durations – by months, days and hours.
  • Accept booking requests immediately or only after you have confirmed them.

Rates

  • Manage prices and availability globally and apply the settings to all bookable products in one move.
  • Edit costs dynamically – Allow different rates according to the date of the booking, the number of people, the tour type selected and/or the people types.
  • Control the tour booking price based on the number of people and choose whether to multiply the booking unit cost by number of people selected or not.
